How do I know that Anna Leru Hair is 100% human hair?

Human hair will have a burnt smell fragrance and burns out quickly and turns into ash. Whereby synthetic hair would smell like burnt plastic and feel viscous when it burns out.

Can I dye or straighten the hair?

Absolutely. Anna Leru Hair can be colored and styled for to suit your style. Remember to get a professional hair stylist to dye the hair should you not know how. Just like our own hair, the less heat you use the better. That is why bendy rollers would be best when it comes to curling your hair.

Would the hair tangle and shed?

Hair would tangle tangles because of the following: not using the right comb, dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water. Please wash & condition your hair once a week or twice a week at least. The first time you wash it, the hair may have a little shedding which is normal. Constant use of heat might damage you hair from blow-dryers, curling irons, and flatirons as well as coloring.

How long do hair extensions usually last?

The hair will last as long as you want them to. If you look after your hair it is not uncommon for quality hair to last up to 12 months. Take care of the hair as if it was your own. If not treated with care they will need to be replaced every three to six months. The more you protect them the longer they will last.

Can I visit the shop and buy hair?

Anna Leru is an online hair store and orders are shipped to the physical address provided so you can sign for it.

Payment Information

Due to the nature of our business, and for security reasons, we only accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa  Cards.

All orders sent via email should be accompanied by a proof of payment so that order can be released.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders can take anything between 2-7 working days depending on area. You will be notified before and after the time of payment.

Out of stock orders typically take two to ten working days, but in special cases, fifteen business days to ship. You also have the option of canceling your order or proceeding. We will not process your order until we receive your decision.

You will be notified via e-mail if your order is on back order. Once your order has been processed, you cannot cancel your order. Unless specified differently by management, all orders are processed the following business day after clearance of payment.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number announcing that your order has been shipped. .

Can I cancel or make changes to an order?

Once an order is placed, it is immediately entered into our processing program, and cannot be canceled or changed.

We only ship to physical addresses where you can sign for the parcel. 

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped via Local Courier Companies. Details to be provided when Waybill sent.

Can I order items COD?

No. We do not allow COD (Cash on Delivery)  orders as we are an online store

How much hair is needed for a weave? 

The amount of hair required depends on the look you want and the type of hair you bought. We recommend 3 bundles minimim from 8-22 inches and 4 bundles for 24-30 inches of hair.
